Hanging in Conneticut

Lily and I went down to visit my sister Jamie in New London, Ct at the end of May before flying out to Houston.  We stayed with Jamie at her house downtown, very cute place.  We visited the beach and walked around downtown, we also drove over to Mystic, a cute little town not too far from Jamie.  Jamie has a little 3 month old golden retriever named Brie, she is a sweet tempered puppy, and her and Lily became good friends.  Lily has become an animal lover, which is awesome, but makes me feel bad because I don't know when we will be able to have one.

Congrats Kellie and Dennis!!!

To begin with catching up we must Congratulate Kellie and Dennis, who were married on May 23, in a beautiful ceremony in Waterville Valley, New Hampshire.  This was what Greg, Lily and I came back for in May, and it was a terrific reason to start our vacation. It was a wonderful event.  Both Greg and I were in the ceremony so Lily spent the day with Gregs Aunts.  She did wonderfully, barely missed us all day!  We are blessed that she is such an easy child and will still go to almost anyone.

The Wedding Party

Lily's first tooth broke through early in the morning after the wedding, two at one time!  We have been waiting a long time for these.  No pictures of the teeth yet though, she is too busy running her tongue over them to really let us see them.  A surprise for me was how sharp these teeth are, which I found out  a few weeks later when she gave me a kiss that ended in a bite-Ouch!
