Next stop New Zealand!

We are all packed and ready to go! I fit a weeks supply for the kids and I in just one suitcase! This is a very big accomplishment for me, as I tend to overpack (as an understatement!) The kids each have a small backpack full of toys and blankets to carry on the plane, and I of course have the all important diaper bag. We are looking forward to spending a bit of time in another country, it should be lots of fun. I have my camera, so hopefully I can get some good pictures to share with everyone! We meet Nana and Papa on Wed at the airport, and then we are going to drive to Rotorua, where Greg has a meeting, and the rest of us will get to see the touristy version of New Zealand! We will be back in Australia on Saturday!

Not much going on...

We have been hanging pretty low for the last week, and the week ahead looks just as low! I am looking for a turkey to have a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, here in Australia! Hope that I can find one, I go to the butcher today to see if he can help me. The kids and I are cleaning the house and getting ready for the visit from Nana and Papa! We are very excited about having family come to stay! Also getting ready for a trip to New Zealand on Sunday, we are going over with Greg who has meetings, to meet Bob and Sharon when they land for their layover and we will have a few days to see a little of New Zealand. I am looking forward to the change, even though it will be a lot of work with the kids, traveling and hotel rooms. I am also looking forward to seeing how they do traveling now. So I am taking our down time in stride, as we will have a busy next few weeks, then a little break and then it is Mimi and Popi who come for a visit (and Jordy!) Yay!
