So here is what has been going on in the Mickle house for the last month.
We are all settled in, and I am getting to know the city, thanks to my car and the Garmin that Greg bought. It makes it easy for me to get around. Greg is really enjoying taking the train to work, he gets to read and relax! He is working early morning to late nights, so we don't get to see him much.
Lily is the one with the biggest changes right now, she is in the middle stages of potty training, she does really well in the house, but we haven't tried it out of the house yet. She is also wanting to dress and undress herself by herself. Almost every morning when I go up to get her she is a naked girl!
Oliver has started to investigate the stairs, I have found him halfway up, but mostly he just sticks to the bottom. He also likes the front loading washer that we have, I think he likes to watch the clothes go round. We have three windows in our dining area that are low enough for him to look out of, which he loves to do. I feed the birds so that he can see them.
We have a new little member to the family, a Goldfish that Lily named Gigi, it was that or Bubu, so Gigi it is. So far so good, she likes to peek at him throughout the day to make sure that he is still there.
